Kinesiology
Our Kinesiologists recognize the hardship faced by individuals who experience injuries, therefore, they provide active rehabilitation in order to help patients recover and gradually return to their occupations, leisure activities, and/or sports.
The active rehab program is designed to recover physical function after suffering injuries from a motor vehicle accident, sports, or work. Our Kinesiologists do rehab for sports injuries, back pain and they work with many rehab patients in Surrey, Delta and South Surrey. This can be a direct referral from ICBC, WSBC, lawyers or therapists. These patients are provided with a comprehensive exercise program, which may include a gradual return to work (GRTW) plan.

Counselling
Our counsellors will help you through any trauma exerpienced after your motor vehicle accident. They provide coping mechanisms and treatment for those who experience anxiety, both about driving again, and more generalized. They will also help you if you experience nightmares, panic attacks and flashbacks. In addition, our counsellors will provide you with the best treatment if you are facing any stress-related symptoms.
